基于功能结构模型的多冲突系统创新设计

复杂系统的创新设计面临着多冲突。研究基于功能-结构模型,提出了一种针对多冲突的产品创新设计过程模型。模型从系统的初始场景出发,基于根冲突分析,构建功能-结构模型和多冲突网络。引入网络结构熵和功能重要性决策方法来确定多冲突网络的关键冲突节点,并通过基于系统内外资源的功能结构模型裁剪策略解决关键冲突节点,从而解决多冲突系统。将工程设计中的功能结构模型与TRIZ中的裁剪方法相结合,形成了一种针对多冲突系统的创新设计过程模型。

Innovative Design of Multi-contradiction Systems Based on the Function-structure Model

Innovative design of complex systems faces multi-contradiction (MC), so this research proposes a product innovation design process model for MC based on the function-structure model. It starts with an initial scenario of the system to build the function-structure model and MC network based on the root contradiction analysis. The network structure entropy and function importance decision methods are introduced for the key contradiction-node confirming. By using function-structure model trimming strategies based on internal and external resources, key contradiction-node can be resolved, thereby resolving the MC system. The function structure model in engineering design and trimming in TRIZ are combined to form an innovative design process for MC systems.

王凡凡(1993—),男,工学博士,毕业于河北工业大学国家技术创新方法与实施工具工程技术研究中心,师从创新方法研究领域的权威专家檀润华院士,主要从事产品创新设计、技术创新方法、C-TRIZ/TRIZ等方面的研究,已在《Journal of Engineering Design》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》等权威期刊发表多篇论文,其中被SCI收录五篇、EI检索三篇。

Biography of Wang Fanfan

Wang Fanfan (1993-), male, Ph.D. from the National Engineering Research Center for Technological Innovation Method and Tool at Hebei University of Technology. Under the supervision of Professor Tan Runhua, an authoritative expert in the field of innovation methodology. He primarily engages in studies related to product innovative design, technological innovation methods, and C-TRIZ/TRIZ. He has published numerous papers in prestigious journals such as the "Journal of Engineering Design" and "Computers & Industrial Engineering," among which five have been indexed by SCI and three by EI.
