AI is planning to offer a virtual event this year. Presenters will need to provide an Abstract and a video of their presentation. If you wish to provide a finished paper of your presentation, please follow the guidelines below. The exact date of TRIZCON2020 has not been set. We will advise you when the dates are established.
Presenters will be exempt from paying any fees this year.

SUBMIT ABSTRACTS

  • The title, abstract (150-250 words), author(s) names, and affiliation with a short bio and a photo in a “png” format of the presenter and for multiple authors. Email your submission to both:

  • DUE by 30 July 2020
  • Accepted Abstracts will be posted to the AI Website, TRIZCON2020.

VIDEO submission

Your video should be between 30-40 minutes. Please ensure that the lighting is bright enough to see you and your presentation and not too bright that the content is washed out. Videos should be submitted no later than 5 September.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Finished Papers should be delivered to the Institute in PDF documents, including those derived from other applications, must not be locked and MUST BE FORMATTED TO THE PAGE SIZE AND MARGINS BELOW:
  • All papers must be formatted as U.S. Standard 8.5” X 11” size, with the following other specifications:
    Top and bottom margins: 1 inch
    Left and right margins: 1.25 inch
    No headers or footers.
  • Author(s) must each sign and submit the AI Copyright Release Agreement 2020.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Calibri set at 12-point size is the recommended font for the main body of the text.
  • Text and lettering in accompanying graphic material should be in English.
  • Type the title and caption of each table in the upper and lower case above the table.
  • Type the title and caption of each figure above and centered on the figure. Be sure that each table or figure reference in the text has a corresponding figure or table.
  • Papers should not be less than four pages nor exceed 20 pages without permission from AI.

FINAL Videos are due on or before 5 September 2020
