“It is with a very heavy heart that we share the news that Zion passed away last night in his sleep due to natural causes.

For those who have been in his life for even a moment, you know that he went full steam ahead with every second of his life. Sleep was a waste of time, and his passion for his work and family were paramount. He always took pride in that.

He considered everyone he worked with at Ideation and Face Innovation and numerous associates like family, and that was always a major propelling force and inspiration for him.

May his memory be a blessing for all who knew him.”

Who was ZIon Bar-El?

Zion Bar-El – Chairman and CEO

Mr. Bar-El founded Ideation International and currently focuses on its Sales and Marketing program.

His career achievements include being a member of the team that developed the world’s first calculator, managing Olivetti’s US sales force of over 1,000 people, and developing new applications for that company’s Desktop computer.

He helped Prime Computers launch its CAD technology in California and founded Mini-Control, a company specializing in software for aerospace companies.

Mr. Bar-El has successfully built sales networks around the world, generating high sales volumes and profits.
