The copyright agreement remains binding regardless of the paper title, scheduling information, the addition or changing of author’s names on the final paper.
In consideration of the Altshuller Institute for TRIZ Studies (AI) a Massachusetts, USA, not-for-profit- agreeing to publish and to audio/video tape the presentation of the paper listed above:
a) I hereby provide the AI with the permanent, non-exclusive license (to the extent transferable for US government employees) to publish in any form or media format the above paper/ presentation which may be delivered at TRIZCON2011
b) I understand a compilation of papers will be distributed at the Symposium and subsequently sold as a publication of AI. I also understand that my paper may be sold as a single reprint, included in other publications, and may be accessible to others through electronic or other means. AI may give reprint permission for the above paper.
c) I hereby provide the AI with the permanent, non-exclusive license (to the extent transferable for US government employees) to distribute a video tape/CD/DVD of the above paper/ presentation, which may be presented at TRIZCON2011.
AI has the permanent, non-exclusive right to continue utilizing the paper in the foregoing or any other manner and to copyright the same as it may determine at its sole and absolute discretion without compensation.
This agreement does not limit in any way my use of this paper. I understand that I may also use or allow others to use these materials in any manner which I deem appropriate.
EACH AUTHOR WHO’S NAME APPEARS ON THE WRITTEN MANUSCRIPT MUST SIGN A SEPARATE COPYRIGHT LICENSE RELEASE FORM.
